Application area of screen changer

It is used for melt filter screen changer in plastics, rubber, chemical fiber and ceramics extrusion production line. These switchers - from low-cost manual switchers to highly complex non-stop voltage regulated automatic switchers, are suitable for extruders with screw diameters of 35 mm to 300 mm.

The net changer is often used in the following production lines:

1. from plastic resin synthesis reaction device to bulk granular extrusion granulating production line.

2. ceramic extrusion line.

3. Polymer (plastics and rubber) forming production line, including blowing film, casting film, sheet, pipe, profile, plastic recycling, granulation, wire drawing, underwater granulation, color master granulation, and extrusion cladding production line.

4. suitable for various granulator, extruder, blow molding machine, drawing machine, sheet extruder, pipe extruder. Different types of mesh changer are applied to meet different application and process requirements. Manual or low-speed net changers require that the production line must have a short time to stop filtering in order to make changes, while high-speed net changers and some special structure net changers can change the net without stopping or slowing down the extrusion speed. Low-cost network changers may produce defective waste during network switching. Non-stop network changers can ensure the least defective products, but the initial investment is also relatively large.
