Driving valves, also known as discharge valves, are widely used in extrusion lines, polymerization lines and underwater cutting lines, especially in underwater cutting lines where they are almost a must. The opening valve can be used alone or in combination with screen changers, melt pumps and other equipment.

The overall structure of the extruder drive valve is similar to the single plunger structure of a single column screen changer, the flow path is a double station; the working position is straight through, the material is normal to the downstream equipment; the discharge position is 90 ° flow path, the material is discharged. At the initial stage of start-up or when the material needs to be discharged, push (pull) the hydraulic station reversing valve operating handle, so that the plunger discharging position to the center (end of the limited position); when the material can be produced normally or need to go to the material normally, pull (push) the hydraulic station reversing valve operating handle, the plunger can be quickly switched to the working position, into the normal production state.
