Extruder continuous screen changer is suitable for applications in pelletizing, PE, PP, PPR, PERT pipes, plates, sheets, cast film, nonwoven fabrics, chemical fiber spinning, etc., which require uninterrupted flow of material during screen change and high continuity.
Extruder continuous screen changer features:

Extruder continuous screen changer can be divided into: duplex and quadruplex according to the filtering station; according to the shape of filtering screen plate can be divided into: double plunger round hydraulic screen changer, double plunger curved hydraulic screen changer, double plunger cylindrical hydraulic screen changer.

1、Working temperature: ≤350℃;
2、Working pressure: ≤50MPa;
3、Differential pressure: ≤20MPa;
4、Applicable melt viscosity: 100~30000Pa.s;
5、Heating method: electric heating/thermal medium heating.
For the extruder continuous screen changer provides two configurations, standard configuration and customized configuration.
The standard configuration is: screen changer body + accumulator hydraulic pump station + heating device;
Customized configuration: screen changer body + accumulator hydraulic pump station + heating device + PLC control cabinet.
