Polymer melt filtration field services and start-up can be offered by us. Our engineers are available to our customers in a range of capacities for their rich experience installing and operating screen changers.

Polymer Melt Filtration Field Services:
Our engineers have many years of experience installing and operating hundreds of our screen changers for polymer melt filtration in plastics processing applications such as: blown film, blow molding, sheet and film extrusion, filaments & fibers, pipe and profile, pelletizing, BOPP and BOPS.
Our engineers are familiar with the entire extrusion process and related equipment, having trained and worked with some of the world’s leading extrusion equipment manufacturers.
Our engineers are available to our customers in a range of capacities. Every new screen changer is supplied with extensive documentation to ensure that installation can be completed as quickly as possible, normally in a single day.
Prior to start-up, our engineer performs a check to ensure that all the mechanical and electrical elements have been properly installed.
Once the line is back in operation, the customer’s engineering, maintenance staff and operators receive extensive training via seminars and hands-on demonstrations.
